Dr. Spencer Shang. Managing Director of YT Process Engineering Ltd. Dr. Shang received his education in the United Kingdom, including his BSc and Msc in Physics from the University of Cambridge and a PhD in Laser Engineering from University of Liverpool. He is a FSA qualified trader with years of experience in derivative trading for Barclays Capital in London. Dr Shang has published several academic papers in renowned journals, and owns a number of patents.
Mr. Shuhui Shang Chairman of YT Process Engineering Ltd, formerly Chinese Academy of Sciences research fellow. Mr. Shang founded YTPE in 1992 and has led the team to develop a range of products around the needs of the petrochemical industry for over 20 years, including wedge wire screens.
Dr. Douglas Eckford. Chief System Engineer. Doug specializes in the design and integration of laser related CNC equipment. Dr Eckford is well experienced with control related engineering hardware and software, and have worked extensively with many industries .
