YT Process Engineering Ltd (YTPE) has more than 20 years’ experience in manufacturing state of the art products for flow related chemical processes. We specialize in manufacturing of wedge wire screen and filtration products for the petrochemical, pharmaceutical, chemical, water treatment and energy industries. We also produce sealed sampling systems, seamless steel sampling cylinders, pressure rated valves, pipes and tube fittings for the monitoring and sampling of gas and liquid delivery lines. The company has two premises both based in Shenyang City, in the north-eastern part of China, covering an area of 60,000 m2 (15 acres) in total.  We have more than 150 staff, and fixed assets of approximately 200 million RMB (35 million USD).
 
The company has a core team of several PhD qualified managers and engineers from China and the UK. We have a substantial range of machining and manufacturing equipment including a DMG 5-axis machining center; Rofin 3kW and IPG 2KW high power laser cutting  systems; FANUC robots; 5kW solid-state laser cladding machines; 3D Superalloy rapid prototyping equipment; Laser drilling system; a 3D laser etching station, etc.
 
Our company is a qualified “National High-tech Enterprise” in China and we have a history of success in securing high level R&D project funding and grants. The company employs ISO standards in design, manufacture and testing of our products. We are the main supplier of our type of products to a number of major Chinese based petrochemical companies and continue to expand our market presence year on year.  YTPE takes pride in the quality of our product and service provided to customers.
